INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Garansindo Distributor Indonesia (GDI) as the sole distributor of Volvo passenger vehicles in Indonesia (Volvo Cars) will introduce four new models at the 2017 Gaikindo International Motor Show (GIIAS) exhibition on August 10-20.

"The first four models we are currently modeling are the long-awaited models of vehicle consumers in Indonesia," said Volvo Cars Indonesia Chief Executive Officer, Satya Saptaputra, through a written statement on Thursday (10/08/2017).

Occupying Hall 7 in Indonesia Exhibition Exhibition (ICE) BSD, Tangerang, Volvo Cars Indonesia presents two variants of the famous New XC90 SUV with headlights nicknamed Thor lamp, New S90 big sedan, New S60 midsize sedan, and compact hatchback New V40 Cross Country.

Satya said, in addition to offering the latest models, Volvo Cars Indonesia will also be committed to post-sale service. A 3S showroom (Sales, Service, Spare Part) has been prepared in Jakarta and will be developed to other cities.

He said the service facility will be built according to the Volvo Cars Retail Experience (VRE) standard to provide an authentic Scandinavian premium experience for consumers.

In GIIAS 2017, Volvo Cars Indonesia occupies an exhibition floor area of ​​460 square meters. Later there will be a performance of jazz groups and showcase models that use fashion designer creations Wawan Soeharto.

Swedish Ambassador to Indonesia Johanna Brismar-Skoog and vice president of Volvo Car Group of Asia Pacific region are scheduled to attend the launch of the four premium models, as well as announce the re-operation of Volvo Cars in the country.
