BI Governor Asked to Keep the Stability of Rupiah

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Chairman of the Association of Young Indonesian Entrepreneurs (Hipmi) Bahlil Lahadalia appreciate the policy of Bank Indonesia Governor Perry Warjiyo able to stabilize the value of the rupiah after leading the central bank. The policy of raising the BI Rate will attract the entry money even though it will host the credit interest rate. The entrepreneurs expect the BI rate in the future to be smaller so that the multiplier effect of credit can occur.

"In the meantime, BI's policy to raise the interest rate is good enough to hold rupiah exchange rate, I think it is effective," Bahlil said.
