A graduate of Economics from Gajah Mada University in 1982 has been serving in BI for 34 years. Now, Perry Warjiyo is considered the right figure to lead BI.
However, a myriad of challenges is facing him; Perry is required to be more flexible in communicating monetary policy to compensate for macroeconomic policies under President Jokowi in this political year.
