Ambon Gasoline Consumption Down 6 Percent During Idul Fitri Holiday

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - On Idul Fitri 2018, the national energy and energy resources ministry (ESDM) team reported a decline in gasoline fuel consumption by 6% in Kota Ambon, Maluku. Gasoline consumption also fell by 9% due to a decrease in truck activity during Idul Fitri 2018.
"There is a decrease in gasoline fuel consumption in Ambon City in Idul Fitri this time, the distribution of gasoline consumption in Ambon City is 65% Premium, Pertalite is 33%, while Pertamax is only 2%," said Committee of Downstream Agency of Oil and Gas (BPH Migas ) Lobo Balia reported from Terminal Transit BBM Wayame, Maluku (20/6/2018).
Meanwhile, on the other hand, kerosene consumption (kerosene) rose by 13 percent compared to normal distribution. The PT Pertamina (Persero) conveyed to the stock of kerosene in TBBM tank in safe condition with coverage days 51 days.
From Wayame BBM Transit Terminal, continued Lobo, BBM which is partly derived from ex Balikpapan and Cilacap refinery is reportedly supply and distribution is safe. There is no report on the occurrence of scarcity of fuel and LPG in Ambon City area.
