Nusantara Infrastructure's grandson's business won a syndicated loan of Rp1.5 trillion

INDUSTRY.co.id - Makassar - PT Bosowa Marga Nusantara (BMN), a subsidiary of PT Marga Utama Nusantara (MUN) obtained a Rp1.547 trillion syndicated credit facility to finance the construction of the AP Pettarani flyover in Makassar, South Sulawesi.

As is well known, PT Marga Utama Nusantara (MUN) is a subsidiary of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META).

The credit facility was marked by the signing of a syndicated loan between BMN and PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) and PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi (Bank Sulselbar).

The signing of the syndicated loan agreement was carried out by Anwar Toha, President Director of PT BMN with Susiana Santoso, Executive Vice President of the Group Corporate Finance BCA, Yayi Mustika Pudyanti Vice President of Group Corporate Banking BCA and Andi Muhammad Rahmat, President Director of Bank Sulselbar at Four Points Hotel, Makassar , Thursday (08/08/2018).

The syndicated loan consists of conventional financing provided by BCA and Sulselbar Bank with a total value of Rp1.54 trillion. Approximately Rp1.31 trillion from the syndicated bank is provided by BCA Bank and the remaining Rp.230 billion from Bank Sulselbar.

In this 12-year syndicated loan facility, Bank BCA acts as a joint mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners (JMLAB), Facility Agents, Guarantee Agents, and Shelter Agents.

Anwar Toha, Director of BMN, said that this cooperation will further strengthen the funding structure for the construction of the AP Pettarani flyover as the first overpass toll road in the city of Makassar.
