President Director of Perum Jamkrindo Invites SOEs to Increase Contribution to the Community

The ceremony was held at PT Timah Pemali Pemali of Bangka Regency on Thursday (17/8/2017), attended by hundreds of BUMN employees with offices and activities in Bangka Belitung.

In his speech, Diding conveyed that the 72nd anniversary of this year's anniversary took the theme of "72 Years of Indonesia Working Together". The theme reflects the spirit as well as the invitation to all Indonesian people to embrace and promote the principle of togetherness.

"Through this slogan the people are reminded to come back together to coexist in the differences and continue the struggle to become an honorable nation, the nation of Indonesia," he said.

He said, facing the era of global competition, SOEs can no longer move separately and sporadically. The efforts of individual BUMNs, though maximal, will only lead to a linear increase in performance, which will not be enough to pursue global business rhythm. "The synergy and collaboration between business entities, especially among state-owned enterprises is a necessity to encourage the growth of significant SOEs," said Diding.

For that, he added, the celebration of 72 Years of Free Indonesia, should be a milestone SOEs to contribute optimally for the community. SOEs must be present directly in the midst of society. Therefore, since several years ago the Ministry of SOEs has initiated the program "SOEs present to the country" held by all BUMNs simultaneously in 34 provinces throughout the country, which is a sign that all SOEs can synergize to build the country.

Perum Jamkrindo, he said, participated in the success of the Ministry of SOE program through the activities of BUMN programs present for the country where this year Perum Jamkrindo participate actively by becoming a coordinator in BUMN Program Present for the State which is centered in Bangka Belitung Islands Province.

Previously Perum Jamkrindo together with PT Sucofindo has conducted Student Mengenal Nusantara activities, Veteran House Surgery, and Healthy Walking activities together as a realization of the presence of BUMN to be present in the midst of society as mandated by the Ministry of SOEs.

Diding delivered that the company's assets as of July 31, 2017 amounted to Rp 14.26 trillion or an increase of 6.37% compared to December 2016 position of Rp. 13.41 trillion and with total capital (equity) of Rp 10.66 trillion or an increase of 3.52% compared to December 2016 position of Rp 10.3 trillion.

With total revenue of Rp. 1.16 trillion and total cost Rp. 736.33 billion, the profit before tax of the company January 1, s.d July 31, 2017 reached Rp. 424.52 billion or 42.73% of the profit before tax budget of Rp 993.4 billion

The total realization of total credit up to July 2017 amounted to Rp 82.52 trillion consisting of Non-KUR Credit Guarantee amounting to Rp 53.62 trillion and Credit Guarantee Credit of Rp 28.89 trillion. Perum Jamkirndo also succeeded to print the company's profit before tax (EBT) in July 2017 reached Rp 424.52 billion or 42.7% of the target of RKAP Profit (Loss) before tax of 2017 amounting to Rp 993.4 billion.
