President Jokowi to Receive Indonesian G20 Presidency

INDUSTRY.co.id - On the second day of the G20 Summit in Rome, Italy, President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo on Monday (31/10) was slated to attend several working agenda.
In the first agenda, President Jokowi hold a bilateral meeting with Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Kristalina Georgieva.
After attending the meeting, President Jokowi was slated to attend one of the G20 summit sessions on the climate change and environment. The President was also slated to held a trilateral meeting with President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen and President of the European Council Charles Michel.
After attending those agenda, President Jokowi was scheduled to attend the closing ceremony of the G20 Summit. On the closing ceremony, President Jokowi was slated to receive the G20 Presidency from Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi in which Indonesia will hold its first G20 Presidency that will start from 1 December 2021 until 30 November 2022.
Furthermore, President Jokowi was slated to held a bilateral meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and attend the Global Supply Chain Summit which was inaugurated by the US President Joe Biden.
After finishing his today’s working agenda, President Jokowi and his entourage went to the Fiumicino airport in Rome, Italy to take off to Glasgow Prestwick International airport in Prestwick Scotland.
From 1-2 November 2021, President Jokowi will attend the COP-26 World Leaders’ Summit in Glasgow, Scotland.
