Keep Optimistic, President Director of ASSA Adds Ownership

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta, – President Director of PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA), Prodjo Sunarjanto, has increased his portion of share ownership on 28 November 2022. Prodjo has purchased 1,128,300 shares at a price of IDR 886 per share.
Through this purchase, ASSA's President Director's ownership increased to 340.79 million shares, equivalent to 9.56% from the previous 339.66 million shares or 9.52%.
"The purpose of buying these shares is personal, for investment with direct ownership status," said Prodjo.
For information, as of November 30 2022, ASSA shareholders with ownership of more than 5 percent of shares included PT Daya Adicipta with 651.4 million shares or 18.26 percent, PT Adi Dinamika with 851.9 million shares or 23.89 percent Prodjo Sunarjanto with 9.56 percent and the public 1.7 billion shares at 48.29 percent Previously ASSA had posted an increase in financial performance in the third quarter of 2022.
The company recorded revenue of IDR 4.63 trillion, an increase of 33% from IDR 3.48 trillion in the same period in 2021. From this achievement, the Company recorded a comprehensive net profit attributable to owners of the parent entity of IDR 123.57 billion, an increase 41% from IDR 87.74 billion in the same period the previous year.
