INDUSTRY.co.id - INDONESIA (4 May 2023) – Marina Bay Sands is reinventing the visitor experience through a series of back-to-back festivals that aim to inspire and deepen guest engagement through the celebrations of food, wellness, music and fashion.

Revolving around key festivals on Singapore’s tourism calendar and marquee events taking place on property, the year-round series witnessed an eventful debut in January 2023 with ‘Where Art Takes Shape’, a 10-day celebration organised in tandem with the Singapore Art Week.

Come May, let gastronomical aspirations take flight through ‘Where Your Senses Feast’, a lively food and wine festival that will see the integrated resort’s (IR) existing venues transform to give rise to experiential dining concepts featuring a Six Star Dinner, an unprecedented culinary experience at ArtScience Museum, and a French wine cave.

In June, enter an urban wellness haven with ‘Where Mind and Body Connect’ to partake in a variety of rejuvenating workshops, before rounding off July with ‘Where Music Takes Over’, a revelling music-themed festival.

Paul Town, Chief Operating Officer at Marina Bay Sands, said, “We are excited to set the stage for the thematic festivities to come this year. Not only will we leverage our distinctive venues, but we will also join hands with titans of industry to present compelling, never-seen-before activations for our guests.”

Marina Bay Sands presents ‘Where Your Senses Feast’ – a tantalising food and wine extravaganza (15 – 28 May)

Come 15 to 28 May, Marina Bay Sands will present ‘Where Your Senses Feast’ – a two-week- long spirited gastronomic celebration featuring more than 30 dynamic events happening across the IR. From a first-ever Michelin-starred chef collaboration and an experiential dining affair set in Marquee Singapore, to a series of over 10 exciting in-restaurant specials, food lovers can excite their senses and fuel their curiosities at the gourmet escapade.

The festival kicks off with an unprecedented culinary experience at ArtScience Museum. Dining in the World of teamLab, hosted within the iconic exhibition, Future World: Where Art Meets Science, is set to launch on 17 May. Embark on a wondrous journey which begins with exquisite canapés inside the scintillating artwork, Crystal Universe, before continuing into the vibrant Transcending Boundaries gallery.

This majestic installation space features a stunning six-metre- high interactive waterfall that cascades down the wall and onto the floor. Here, relish in a sumptuous four-course menu by KOMA Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar, harmoniously matched with course-by-course sake and wine pairings. Dining takes on innovative forms in ‘Where Your Senses Feast’ across dynamic venues at the IR

The epicurean journey continues on 19 and 20 May with an exceptional Six Star Dinner, jointly presented by guest Chef Stefan Stiller of Shanghainese fine dining restaurant Taian Table (three- star), culinary maestro Chef Tetsuya Wakuda of Waku Ghin (two-star), and Executive Chef Greg Bess of CUT by Wolfgang Puck (one-star).

Available on two nights only, the dinner will combine the best of cuisines and entertainment, melding fashion-forward elements and contemporary performances with the impeccable prowess of the three culinary maestros. Staged in an innovative pop-up pavilion at the Event Plaza at Marina Bay Sands, the multisensorial dinner is set to raise the bar with state-of the art staging and audio-visual capabilities to deliver dynamic motion graphics and captivating projections.

Make a pit stop at various restaurants and bars across the IR, as over 10 establishments roll out unique experiences designed to indulge the palate and spark new discoveries for food and wine. Look forward to AVENUE Lounge’s ravishing makeover into a splendid French ‘Wine Cave’1 (20 to 27 May) which invites viticulture enthusiasts and wine lovers to celebrate the finest wines and champagnes.

Over at Marina Bay Sands’ grand hotel lobby, look forward to a spectacular buffet experience like no other with An Epicurean Journey at RISE on 27 May, as four award-winning restaurants join forces to present their signature offerings.
