President Reviews Learning Activities at SMK Negeri 1 Purwakarta

INDUSTRY co.id - Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) reviewed the learning process at SMK Negeri 1 Purwakarta, Purwakarta Regency, West Java, Thursday (09/11/2023). 

The President said that overall the facilities at the Vocational School were very good.

" If I compare this with other vocational schools, it is very good, very good. "In these departments, I saw on the machine from the layout , the cleanliness in the workshop is also good, the way the machine is started is good," said the President after the inspection.

The President assessed that the workshop facilities for learning already support the automotive needs of conventional vehicles. However, the President said he would send additional engines and electric vehicles so that students could study technological developments in the automotive sector.

" So that students can follow the flow of technology, so don't let those in vocational schools still have old vehicles, then they are still combustion  , they should switch to electricity. And tomorrow I will send CNC milling, electric cars, and electric motorbikes. "I sent it so the children could see what's inside," he said.

Also accompanying the President in this review were Acting Governor of West Java Bey Machmudin and Acting Regent of Purwakarta Benni Irwan. (FID/UN)
