INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) is developing the concept of transit oriented development (TOD) to complement the development of integrated areas with modes of transportation.

In the application of the concept, the location of Cisauk train station is a terminal that integrates with traditional market in BSD City area, so that transit people from outside BSD City will to Cisauk terminal and will proceed with small vehicle.
The second project is located in South Gate project in South Jakarta which has access to commuter line at Lenteng Agung station. The company will build a bridge to the commuter line. In the future, the company will always see and plan locations that have transit oriented development access in every company project.
As for the performance target for this year, the company set target by having the expectation of improvement of property market this year. The reason is with the factor of tax amnesty and LTV. However, the improvement has not been seen until June 2017.
Currently the achievement of marketing sales in the first half amounted to Rp2, 5 trillion.
