INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Viar motor manufacturers conveyed their willingness to PT PLN (Persero) related to the construction of Public Electricity Filling Station (SPLU). PLN Electric Car Team Member Leo Basuki said that his company has been invited by moto Viar  manufacturer to present the reliability and existence of SPLU. PLN claims to have built 542 SPLU points.

"They will create a kind of application for Viar electric motorcyclists, in order to know the existence of the nearest SPLU," said Leo, Wednesday (23/08/2017).

SPLU reliability that currently exists more than enough to recharge the power (charging) electric motor within 4 hours. Because the full charfing motor is only burning power of 3.5 kWh with mileage that can be reached 80 km.

The SPLU capacity reaches 5,500 volt amperes and can be increased power reaches 11.000 volt ampere. "Viar also has an electric community Viar, hope they can socialize this electric vehicle," he said.

According to his research, according to Leo, people's doubts about electric vehicles are SPLU infrastructure, how long the charging, and vehicle mileage.

"So if you fill the electric motor is left, because the contents in the parking lot or at the mall, so full he stopped himself," he said.

The matter of distance is also very far that can be 80 km only by filling 3.5 kWh. But it must be considered is the age of battery in the electric motor which is only 2 years. But do not be afraid, Viar ready to provide replacement battery if dead.

Leo also hopes that with the presence of electric motors from manufacturers can whip up a passion for developers providing special parking electric motors / electric cars. Because then they also support the cleanliness of the environment.

"This year we will increase to 1,000 SPLU We hope there will be collaboration with offices and malls to prepare SPLU," he said. Just so you know to reach 1,000 SPLU, PLN has set aside Rp 7 billion. The investment of one SPLU is Rp 7 million per unit.
