INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The Chairman of Haj Umrah and InBound Indonesia (Asphurindo) Organizers appealed to its members spread throughout Indonesia to remain calm and unaffected related to the news which declared the Magnatis camp as a legitimate stewardship.

Although on August 31, 2017 yesterday the Administrative Court of the State Administrative Court rejected the lawsuit, it is still making an appeal so that the legal process in PTUN is still ongoing so that the verdict issued on 31 August 2017 has not been fixed or inkrah decision.

"The decision will be permanent if no appeal is filed by the opponent, but if the appeal process is still taken then the final decision is determined by MA (Supreme Court) and our party has taken the effort on Friday (8/9/17) yesterday, we have registered an appeal with no register case: 073 / G / 2017 / PTUN-JKT to PTUN Jakarta," said Syam Resfiadi in a press statement on Monday (11/09/2017).

The management of Asphurindo under the leadership of Magnatis Chaidir was based on the Decree of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights No. AHU-0000143.AH.01.08.Tahun 2017.

Asphurindo's attorney, Ikhsan Abdullah said the verdict had ended a management dispute that for three months convened in court.
