INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The Chairman of Haj Umrah and InBound Indonesia (Asphurindo) Organizers appealed to its members spread throughout Indonesia to remain calm and unaffected related to the news which declared the Magnatis camp as a legitimate stewardship.

Although on August 31, 2017 yesterday the Administrative Court of the State Administrative Court rejected the lawsuit, it is still making an appeal so that the legal process in PTUN is still ongoing so that the verdict issued on 31 August 2017 has not been fixed or inkrah decision.

"The decision will be permanent if no appeal is filed by the opponent, but if the appeal process is still taken then the final decision is determined by MA (Supreme Court) and our party has taken the effort on Friday (8/9/17) yesterday, we have registered an appeal with no register case: 073 / G / 2017 / PTUN-JKT to PTUN Jakarta," said Syam Resfiadi in a press statement on Monday (11/09/2017).

It is said that ASPHURINDO's organization wheel is still carried out by the management of the Syadi Resfiadi camp in accordance with the democratically elected in the Second National Congress in Bogor on 9 to 11 January 2017.

Syam Resfiadi also deeply regretted the steps made by the Magnatis by sending an email to all members who convey that their stewardship is the legal stewardship of ASPHURINDO.

"I hope the opposition respects this process," Sham said.

Previously, Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN) No. 73 / G / 2017 / PTUN-JKT On 31 August 2017 has decided that the legitimate Asphurindo management is in the hands of H Magnatis Chaidir as Chairman and H Supratman Abdul Rahman as Secretary General.

The management of Asphurindo under the leadership of Magnatis Chaidir was based on the Decree of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights No. AHU-0000143.AH.01.08.Tahun 2017.

Asphurindo's attorney, Ikhsan Abdullah said the verdict had ended a management dispute that for three months convened in court.
