Improve Distribution Efficiency and Logistics of Mining Sector, Mobil Lubricants Introduce GOLD System

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Mobil Lubricants took part in the exhibition of Mining Indonesia 2017 which lasted for three days on 13-16 September 2017 at Jakarta International Expo Kemayoran, Jakarta.

In addition to exhibiting superior product range during the exhibition, Mobil Lubricants will also introduce the GOLD System (Grease One-Way Logistics and Distribution) to all visitors and industry players visiting the company's booth.

During the exhibition, Mobil Lubricants also presents the GOLD System (Grease One-Way Logistics and Distribution) or a system provided as a replacement for storage containers of lubrication products. The GOLD system can store up to 816 kilograms of lubricant or the equivalent of 5 conventional lubricant containers.

In addition, the GOLD System is able to protect the lubricant during the process of removal and distribution of air or water contamination that can damage the quality of the lubricant so as to reduce downtime.

Meyki Budi Ferdian, National Sector Manager of Mining, ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia explains, the use of GOLD System is expected to help the industry to reduce logistics costs and time required in the process of distribution of lubrication products.

"The GOLD system also reduces losses to the company by leaving less than 1% of the remaining lubricant losses in containers, compared to regular containers that will result in losses of more than 15% of the total lubricant," he said.
