KPK Bring Two Luggage Out of DPRD Banjarmasin

INDUSTRY.co.id - Banjarmasin - The KPK investigating team carried two suitcases as they exited the Banjarmasin City Parliament Office in a further searching degree related to the case of Operation Capture (OTT) involving members of the DPRD and BUMD officials in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan Province on Thursday (14/9/2017).

After more than seven hours of search, the KPK investigation team, escorted by members of the South Kalimantan Police Mobile Brigade, came out through the back door of the council building with tight escort of armed members.
Although one of the KPK investigators mentioned only one suitcase they confiscated, but the media crew is very clear to see there are two suitcases carried by KPK central investigation team by driving four cars.
In the title of search of this Banjarmasin city parliament office, the Regional Secretary of Banjarmasin H Hamli Kursani was present accompanied by the Secretary of DPRD Banjarmasin H Fathurrahim besarta some commission staff at the local parliament.
The municipal officials and the local parliament did not provide any information about the search when intercepted by the media crew who had been waiting a long time.
However, among the staff assigned in the DPRD Banjarmasin mention, not only three sealed room KPK just rifled investigator KPK team, namely, space Chairman of the DPRD, Commission II and Legislation.

The search for the DPRD office of Banjarmasin City continued earlier after the KPK conducted OTT against two members of DPRD, namely Chairman of DPRD Banjarmasin Iwan Rusmali and member of Commission II Andi Effendi who allegedly received bribes on the approval of the stipulation of Regional Government of Banjaramsin Municipal Government Inventory amounting to Rp 50, 5 billion.
In addition to arresting two members of the DPRD, the KPK also exposed the alleged bribe, namely, the Managing Director of PDAM Bandarmasih Ir Muslih and Finance Manager of PDAM Trensis.
All the suspects have been brought to the KPK KPK Office in Jakarta on Friday (15/09/2017) (Ant)
