INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Metropolitan Karyadeka Ascendas (MKA), the newest residential and office developer in western Jakarta, officially launched their first integrated development phase, One Parc Puri at their latest Sales Gallery in Metland Cyber City.

The first two ready-to-market towers are Orchidea, 41-storey residential towers, and Olea, 34-story tower for offices, work lofts and Work Office Home Office (WOHO).

The One Parc Puri is a joint venture between PT Metropolitan Karyadeka Development and provider of sustainable urban solutions, Ascendas-Singbridge.

The project occupies a land area of 9.7 hectares and is planned to be built in four phases, with an initial phase of 1.4 hectares.

Olivia Surodjo, Director of PT Metropolitan Karyadeka Ascendas explained, the first two marketed towers, Orchidea and Olea are a combination of quality residential apartments and office space with supporting facilities occupying one hectare of land with a total gross floor area of 91,963 square meters.

Orchidea Tower is a residential tower that comes with four types of Studio, One-Bedroom, Two-Bedroom, and Two-Bedroom +. The smallest size on this tower is 27 square meters and the largest size is 71 square meters.

"Judging from its size, our Studio type is bigger than the typical studio type. This gives more flexibility and comfort for residents, "said Olivia, in a press release received by Industry.co.id Saturday (16/09/2017).

Further explained, Olea Tower is a mix between dwelling and office. In this Tower comes the new concept of Work Office Home Office (WOHO) on low-zone between 7th-22nd floor, while high-zone on floors 23-38 is floor for office.

The newly introduced WOHO concept in Indonesia brings together work space and residential space with different lobby and lift accesses between residential and office floors so residents can work comfortably without compromising privacy at home. The privacy of the residents, both on the floor of the dwelling and on the work floor, is a big concern of MKA as the developer of One Parc Puri.

"As the digital age allows us to work anywhere and connect to everything - including at home - with this WOHO connectivity concept, the inhabitants can work from home while providing a professional office environment at One Parc Puri. This is the added value that we offer as well as a good investment for the owners, "explained Olivia.

Added, One Parc Puri offers the concept of connected dwelling or 'Connected in Vision' which offers a choice of residence and work as well as interconnectivity between the two.

"One Parc Castle is designed with a focus on the privacy of the inhabitants while maintaining the comfort," she said.
