INDUSTRY.co.id -Jakarta - At a time when retail businesses have to swallow the bitter pill for the sluggish sales, online store industry actually looks stretched. That, more or less reflected from the report PT Citra Van Titipan Kilat (TIKI) which calls the domestic service delivery service industry is quite high.
The managing director of TIKI, Tomy Sofhian, said that so much of the online store business in the country, the company has not planned to expand into the international market.
"The domestic market still can not be cultivated, so it is not yet for the international market target," said Tomy Wednesday (20/9/2017).
Himself said, the service delivery industry currently can not maximally work on emerging e-commerce market, especially in terms of speed.
"The speed of costumer e-commerce ordering goods, faster than the courier's ability to send goods Analogy, thumb people to order goods faster than sending the goods," he said.
One of the factors that inhibit the lack of service, namely the limited human resources and infrastructure, especially in areas that have not been maximized.
"So the delivery is not ready because it is limited human resources, so we are competing to fulfill the desire of the consumers," he explained.
Tomy also said, for the future it will make e-commerce as the main target to be a partner.
"I expect the growth of e-commerce in Indonesia is still highly developed, so we will certainly target ourselves to make these companies as the main choice in the future," he said.
