INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT PP Property Tbk (PPRO) plans to increase the land that is the foundation for sustainable growth performance in the future.

President Director Taufik Hidayat said, as an open company, PPRO should continue to grow sustainably. The number of landbank per 2016 is relatively small, making the space of growth narrow. Therefore, the addition of landbank must be realized.

"We see a good opportunity for growth in property demand in the mid-sized market," said Taufik. "The land we acquired has a strategic location for project development for the middle class market."

According to Taufik, the addition of land reserves is supported by strong funding, after PPRO conducted a rights issue earlier this year.

"Until the third quarter, we boosted the addition of land bank, starting from the fourth quarter of this year and next year will focus on the production and sales side. An interest bearing ration this year and next year will be kept at less than one level," he explained. .

At the end of this year, PPRO will launch several products, a.l apartments in Wiyung Surabaya, Jatinangor apartments in Bandung, continue tower 2 at Amartha View and Tower 2 and 3 The Alton Apartments in Semarang, and soft launching of Lagoon Avenue Bekasi.

It was the first pole erection activity in several projects such as Grand Shamaya Surabaya, Begawan in Malang, Amartha View Tower 2 and The Alton Apartments Tower 2 in Semarang and Tower Victoria GKL in Bekasi.

Development will continue until next year, where in 2018, PPRO will launch several new products including Apartments in Paragon Semarang, Apartments in Kertajati, Apartments in JogJa and Apartments in Cibubur.

Development also continues on the exiting land like Verde Tower in GKL, Ayoma Tower2, in Surabaya will be tower 3 GSL, Tower 2 GDL, and tower2 at Grand Shamaya, and in Semarang.

PPRO in early 2018 PPRO will upgrade digital marketing to Web & Apps-based e-commerce. In addition, PPRO will also develop a smart area of ​​CBD, "he said.
