INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT PP Property Tbk (PPRO) plans to increase the land that is the foundation for sustainable growth performance in the future.

President Director Taufik Hidayat said, as an open company, PPRO should continue to grow sustainably. The number of landbank per 2016 is relatively small, making the space of growth narrow. Therefore, the addition of landbank must be realized.

According to Taufik, the addition of land reserves is supported by strong funding, after PPRO conducted a rights issue earlier this year.

"Until the third quarter, we boosted the addition of land bank, starting from the fourth quarter of this year and next year will focus on the production and sales side. An interest bearing ration this year and next year will be kept at less than one level," he explained. .

At the end of this year, PPRO will launch several products, a.l apartments in Wiyung Surabaya, Jatinangor apartments in Bandung, continue tower 2 at Amartha View and Tower 2 and 3 The Alton Apartments in Semarang, and soft launching of Lagoon Avenue Bekasi.
