Successfully Achieve New Contract This year, ADHI Recommended BELI

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI) is recommended BELI by PT Indo Premier Sekuritas research team because during January-September 2017, Adhi Karya has obtained a new contract amounting to Rp30 trillion.

About 96% of ADHI's new contracts come from various construction and energy projects. The total new contract as of September 2017 has reached 68% of the new full year contract target in 2017.

The largest construction project comes from the LRT project owned by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI). Therefore, the project payment of between Rp4-5 trillion from PT KAI is expected to be directly booked as the company's revenue.

According to the research team, another positive catalyst for this stock is that the company will absorb faster syndicated credits, estimated in the last quarter of 2017 or first quarter of 2018.

The other contracts obtained by the company are the new contract of Pasuruan - Grati toll road project. In addition, there is also a Sambas water source management project in West Kalimantan and land retention and port construction project for IKD3 Belawan. (Abraham Sihombing)
