INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - In the near future, the realization of the BBM One Price program will increase six locations. The Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas) said that up to the end of October, there were five ready to operate.
Six of the five points are Talaud Islands District in North Sulawesi, Klungkung Regency in Bali, Pegunungan Bintang District in Papua, Tambrauw Regency in West Papua, Berau District in North Kalimantan, and Natuna in Riau Islands.
"There are six more that will be inaugurated," said Hendri Achmad, a member of BPH Migas Committee at BPH Migas Building, Jakarta, Wednesday (18/10/2017).
He said in December it plans to re-inaugurate BBM one price in several areas in Riau, North Sulawesi, North Kalimantan, Southeast Sulawesi, and East Sulawesi. Currently, the progress has reached 70% to 80%.
This year, the government targets to have 54 gas stations or channeling agencies built in remote areas of Indonesia, to distribute fuel at one price. Where the type of gas stations built is a compact gas station.
"Our target is 54 (SPBU), the rest is still 10-20% .That is what needs better coordination so that the number is 14 again it needs a good effort with the local government and also from potential investors who will build," he added.
