According to Zulkifli, for 72 years of independence, has been much progress achieved by the Indonesian nation, but on the other hand Pancasila and noble values ​​of the nation increasingly faded and faded.

Zulkifli proposed that the Indonesian nation reinforce the understanding and implementation of the four basic consensus of the Indonesian nation.

The four basic consensus of the Indonesian nation is, Pancasila, 1945 Constitution, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI).

"At the time of Indonesia's independence, 72 years ago, all elements of the Indonesian nation have unanimously agreed, regarding the four basic consensus of the Indonesian nation," he said.

Zulkifli explained, the Indonesian nation from Sabang to Merauke is diverse, but the diversity is actually a force that unites Indonesia.

According to him, in the first principle of Pancasila, is Belief in the One Supreme.

"The values ​​of liuhur in the first principle of Pancasila, in line with all religions in Indonesia, so that inter-Ummah bergama in Indonesia do not need to be disputed," he said.

In the second precept is the Just and Civilized Humanity.

In the third principle, he said, the Indonesian nation agreed to unite and commits to continue to keep the unity of the nation.

"This shows that the people give a mandate to the leader to become the state's ruler, who is responsible to the people," he said.

Then, the fifth precept is social justice for all Indonesians, according to Zulkifli, the state is obliged to create social justice in society.
