INDUSTRY.co.id - Bekasi- Entering the fifth year, the Bekasi Culinary Festival (FKB) 2017 comes back with a delicious cuisine typical of the archipelago. This year visitors are invited to enjoy a number of typical culinary city of Makassar, South Sulawesi.
For 26 days from 20 September to 15 October 2017 Comes with the tagline "nganreki 'sanggenna bassoro" which means "Let's eat until full", FKB invites visitors to taste the culinary presented to be satisfied.
Not only contains a variety of culinary, The Downtown Walk Festival which contains the appearance of a row of top musicians Indonesia will also be a show entertainment interesting for visitors. Collaboration between culinary and musical entertainment will certainly make visitors feel at home enjoying the nuances of traditional cuisine and Makassar culture with the latest music bandage.
Ugi Cahyono, Center Director of Summarecon Mall Bekasi told media crew recently said, "Every year we try to give something new in FKB. In addition to the theme of Makassar cuisine that distinguishes the previous year, this year FKB also presents games for children and Gyro Rides. In this FKB will also present the coffee festival and The Downtown Walk Festival with a line of famous Indonesian singers. "
Meanwhile, coffee lovers should be prepared with the Coffee Festival that will be present in this FKB area this year. A total of 10 coffee outlets including Kopi Es Tak Kie, Kedir Tetirah, Melo Coffee, Kopi D'Mari, BSP Coffee, Papous Coffee, On Coffee, Semeru Syrup X Koffie Molen, Saturdays Coffee Roaster and Brightness Coffee are ready to bring a variety of delicious coffee archipelago.
Various competitions also enliven the coffee festival in FKB including Fun Brewing and Latte Art Throwdown competition with the preliminary round on 29 & 30 September 2017 at 17.00 WIB. The final round will be held on October 1, 2017 at 17.00 pm on stage of The Downtown Walk which also coincides with World Coffee Day.
On the day of the coffee shops will also hold a free coffee and coffee with the community. Not only can sip coffee with a thick traditional nuances, coffee lovers can also discuss each other and get to know the variety of coffee beans with the baristas in each booth.
Not only focus on culinary, FKB also present to preserve the culture of Indonesia, one of Makassar's culture. On the main stage will present a variety of dances of South Sulawesi such as Gandrang Bulo Dance, Pakarena Dance, Pa'Gellu Dance, Paduppa Dance and Paraga art.
