TAM Wins Five Happiness Driving Index Awards

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Toyota-Astra Motor (TAM) once again won five awards in the event of Index Happiness Drive (IKB) 2017 held national automotive media in Jakarta.

The four products are Toyota Avanza, Toyota Kijang Innova, Toyota Fortuner, and Toyota Corolla Altis awarded for the achievement of customer response to Toyota products.
These products get the highest index in their respective categories, namely as a vehicle that is able to provide happiness and satisfaction for its users. In addition, Toyota Avanza also get the title as the most happy car type in the minds of consumers.
The results of the survey obtained at the event IKB 2017, he added, is one form of positive response given to the products presented by Toyota over the years.
Frans said, in the future Toyota will face an increasing challenge, because the main focus is how to maintain customer confidence and loyalty.
In line with the spirit of Toyota Let's Go Beyond, he said, Toyota has always been committed to providing the best products, technology and services that exceed customer expectations.

IKB Award 2017 held Automotive media. The survey was conducted online from June-August 2017. The IKB survey included the Vehicle Satisfaction Index and the Emotion Driving Index. Award was given on Thursday (2/11) in Jakarta.
The goal is to know how much happiness and their satisfaction in driving their cars and motorcycles.
Previously, Toyota also won four awards in the same event last year, namely Toyota Kijang Innova won in Mid MPV category, Vios in the Small Sedan segment, Camry in Full Sedan class, and AGYA for LCGC category.
