Related to data security, Rudiantara requested that the public not to worry because there is already a law up to the minister of communications and informatics rules as a legal basis to maintain data confidentiality.

"There is a rule in the telecommunications law that operators should maintain data confidentiality and there are ministerial regulations regarding the use of personal data issued since December 2016.
