According to Hadi Wenas CEO of MatahariMall.com, "Based on the data we received, we concluded that in general the woman is smart shopper. When shopping online, consideration is quite diverse and not only fixated on one factor," he said through a press release received by Industry.co.id, Wednesday (15/11/2017).

Known, based on data MatahariMall, 29 percent of female consumers who shop online aged 18-25 years, and 49 percent aged 26-35. For that, a unique service innovation is certainly needed to attract the interest of female consumers.

Seeing this, MatahariMall pays special attention to understanding women's shopping needs and enters its third year; MatahariMall launches a new feature, Loyalty Online to Offline (O2O), which offers consumers points for each transaction.

"Looking at the interest of female consumers over the more value earned while shopping online, we launched the Loyalty O2O (Online-to-Offline) feature. O2O Loyalty feature can be directly used in various merchants and inter platform. We want to give more profit in shopping for Indonesian women," said Hadi Wenas CEO of MatahariMall.com.

The O2O (Online-to-Offline) Loyalty feature is a feature where the consumer earns points for each transaction, and that point can be redeemed not only in the next Online transaction but also in more than 2000 Offline outlets throughout Indonesia.

Consumers can even redeem points for purchases in Offline outlets with diverse categories, ranging from food, beverage, entertainment, finance, even occupancy.
