According to Hadi Wenas CEO of MatahariMall.com, "Based on the data we received, we concluded that in general the woman is smart shopper.When shopping online, consideration is quite diverse and not only fixated on one factor," he said through a press release received by Industry.co.id, Wednesday (15/11/2017).
Known, based on data MatahariMall, 29 percent of female consumers who shop online aged 18-25 years, and 49 percent aged 26-35. When visiting an online shopping site, at least they are browsing 1.5 times longer than men and open 1.7 times more pages than men before shopping. For that, a unique service innovation is certainly needed to attract the interest of female consumers.
Seeing this, MatahariMall pays special attention to understanding women's shopping needs and enters its third year; MatahariMall launches a new feature, Loyalty Online to Offline (O2O), which offers consumers points for each transaction.
"Looking at the interest of female consumers over the more value earned while shopping online, we launched the Loyalty O2O (Online-to-Offline) feature. The O2O (Online-to-Offline) Loyalty feature is a feature where the consumer earns points for each transaction, and that point can be redeemed not only in the next Online transaction but also in more than 2000 Offline outlets throughout Indonesia.
Consumers can even redeem points for purchases in Offline outlets with diverse categories, ranging from food, beverage, entertainment, finance, even occupancy. With this innovation, MatahariMall will continue to be creative to deliver the best service and products to consumers, as well as being the right shopping place for the women of today's Indonesia.
