In One Night Crown Group Successfully Received Two Prestigious Awards

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta, An apartment tower in the North Sydney area built by a leading Australian developer has won the grand prize at a leading construction industry awards ceremony on the Kangaroo continent.

Judged by the panel of industry experts, the winners are selected based on the quality of the final construction, the degree of difficulty in construction, the materials used, the environmental and safety protocols, the results achieved and the benefits provided to the community.

Skye by Crown Group, a project undertaken by award-winning developer in Australia, Crown Group, was awarded the "Residential and Mixed-use Development Buildings, Open Price category" award at 2017 Master Builders Australia (MBA) NSW Excellence in Construction Awards held in The Star, Sydney, on Saturday night.

This is the second award achieved by Skye by Crown Group this year after being previously awarded as Gold Winner at the 2017 Sydney Design Award by Driven x Design.

Crown Group Commissioner and Group CEO Iwan Sunito said that the Excellence in Construction Awards award is one of the industry's most prestigious awards, and Crown Group is delighted to see Skye by Crown Group as the grand prize winner.

"This award is a testament to Crown Group's strong desire to create a unique development and will stand the test of time," said Iwan Sunito through a written statement in Jakarta (20/11/2017).

He added, when we launched Skye by Crown Group in 2013, I imagine that this would be a dynamic architectural sculpture in North Sydney for over a hundred new residents, and today it proved to be a reality. "Skye by Crown Group has been a great project from start to finish, from a very successful launch and sale to completion," he added.

Together with Skye by Crown Group, Husk and Vine Kitchen & Bar, also won an award in the 2017 Master Builders Association (MBA) NSW Excellence in Construction Awards in the Interior Fit-outs category worth Rp16-20 billion.

Husk and Vine Kitchen & Bar is an integral part of the V by Crown Group in Parramatta, and has been a major attraction for the recently opened Skye Hotel Suites, the first five-star hotel in the area. Husk and Vine has successfully established its position as a preferred place to dine at Parramatta for both locals and visitors alike.
