Share Price of the AGMS of the Armada Service is Rp 380 per Unit

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Jasa Armada Indonesia's share price to be offered to the public through the Initial Public Offering (PUPS) is set at Rp380 per unit. Previously, the stock price of tugboat shipping companies and stretchers is set at the range of Rp325-530 per unit.

According to Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), the company has reduced the number of shares offered through PUPS from 1.743 billion shares to 1,215 billion shares.

Thus, the total proceeds from the company's PUPS reached Rp461.8 billion. About 90% of the total fund will be allocated to finance the company's capital expenditure (capex) and the rest for working capital.

Meanwhile, the company's post-purchase capital expenditure is to finance the purchase of new tugs and litter fleets to strengthen the ship to ship business segment. In addition, the funds will also be used to finance the development of private channel and port business in Indonesia.

In this PUPS, the company has appointed Danareksa Sekuritas and Mandiri Sekuritas as underwriters of the issuing of securities. The period of public offering was conducted from 18 December 2017 until tomorrow 19 December 2017. The company's shares will be listed on the IDX on December 22, 2017. (Abraham Sihombing)
