Early January, Jakarta Provincial Government Starts to Build House 0 Rupiah Down Payment

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - DKI Jakarta Provincial Government will soon launch a residential purchase program with 0 rupiah down payment or called DP 0 Rupiah Program in the near future. The plan, the program will be launched on January 18, 2018.

Vice Governor of DKI Jakarta Sandiaga Uno said the election date is considered good. He said, PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya as a regional-owned enterprises (BUMD) will conduct the construction of the prime dwelling.

"Sarana Jaya will launch together with the Provincial Government for pilot house with DP 0 rupiah in early 2018," he said in Jakarta, Yesterday

Sandiaga said the dwelling is located in Pondok Kelapa. Occupancy is built around 700 to 800 units.

"The plan of 18-1-18 is in Pondok Kelapa, it will launch and hopefully it can be a solution, 700-800 units is the opening program of our MBR program which is DP 0 rupiah house," he said.

According to Sandiaga, the construction of this dwelling will take about 12 to 18 months.

"My friends say a year, but my experience is between 12-18 months .. All the same safety and of course have finishing and good quality, because we do not want to MBR quality is actually lowered, it is very inhuman," he explained.

Previously, President Director of Development of Sarana Jaya Development, Yoory C Pinontoan said that the occupancy of DP 0 Rupiah program in Pondok Kelapa will be built vertically. As the initial stage, 2 towers will be built. "Yes, about 780 units," he said.

He added, the construction of this dwelling will take about 2 years. "That house DP 0 Rupiah I have to say in Pondok Kelapa, and indeed I am preparing everything, while let us work first if there is progress I will surely say," he said
