INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk (PTPP) shares are recommended BELI by PT Indo Premier Sekuritas research team. That's because the company is expected to exceed the target of new contracts in 2017 in line with the strengthening conditions of the construction business in the second half of 2017.
The Company until the end of November 2017 has won a new contract worth Rp37, 2 trillion. That has reached about 94% of the new contract target 2017 worth Rp40 trillion. In November 2017, the company obtained a new contract worth Rp3.9 trillion.
Around Rp1.73 trillion of the new contracts obtained in November 2017 came from its subsidiary PT PP Property Tbk (PPRO) of Rp1.5 trillion and PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) valued at Rp235 billion. (Abraham Sihombing)
