Discipline, Performance, Dignity Become Resolution of Ministry of Social Affairs in 2018

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The Ministry of Social Affairs has launched four 2018 resolutions: discipline, performance, synergy and dignity as an effort to continuously improve service at the ministry.

"We continue to hope that all civil state apparatus of the Ministry of Social Affairs will build dedication, dedication to enforcing personnel discipline," said Social Minister Khofifah Indar Parawansa in Jakarta yesterday.

It was submitted after the inauguration and taking oath of office of high-ranking officials in the Ministry of Social Affairs at the same time the 2018 resolution launch.

Social Minister explained, for performance, ASNs themselves will calculate their performance in accordance with integrity pact. For that reason, they should be reminded of the integrity pact.

In addition, synergy is also very important in the Ministry of Social Affairs because the Ministry of Social Affairs has a very large dependence, especially with other ministries and agencies, local governments and the private sector so that the synergy becomes an important part, she said.

The most important thing according to Khofifah is the dignity that must continue to be built, avoid something that can deconstruct human dignity, dignity of ministry and dignity of nationality.
