ADHI Investment Rp12, 5 Trillion Develop LRT City

INDUSTRY.co.id - Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) is developing an integrated residential area based on LRT City Transit Oriented Development (TOD) which integrates Jabodebek LRT station with commercial area, apartment occupancy with investment value of about Rp12.5 trillion.
"The development of LRT City is in line with the government program that builds mass transportation system, such as commuter line, Transjakarta bus, to LRT / MRT to overcome traffic jam in Jabodebek," said GM Department of TOD and Adhi Karya Hotel Amrozi Hamidi, in Jakarta, Sunday / 7/2017)
According to Amrozi, the development of LRT City is an effort of Adhi Karya, to give people a better life to avoid the traffic jam in Jabodebek.
"Some of the land located in Jabodebek LRT station we are developing into residential and commercial areas can be a solution so that the sub-urban can get a better quality of life, because they are free from the increasingly worsening congestion problem," he said.
He explained that currently at least 5 LRT City built by Adhi Karya located near Jabodebek LRT station, among others LRT City Bekasi (Eastern green) area of 16.9 hectares, LRT City Sentul (Royal Sentul Park) covering 14.8 hectares, LRT City Jaticempaka (Gateway park) covering 5 hectares, LRT City Cikoko 1,2 hectare, and LRT City Ciracas (Urban signature) covering an area of 11.5 hectares.
Special LRT City Royal Sentul Park, Sentul, West Java, on Saturday (29/7) has been done "Ground Breaking".
LRT City Royal Sentul Park Project Manager, Nanang Syafrudin Salim, said that the first phase breaking is the development of apartment towers and Arcade shopping.
"This is our proof and commitment to buyers and potential buyers, that the region is developed on time," Nanang as reported by Antara.
LRT Sentul City stands on a 14.8 hectare plot of land adjacent to the Sentul Circuit expressway.
With investments ranging from Rp6, 761 trillion Adhi Karya developed Royal Sentul Park with the concept of "green smart living" which is integrated and connected directly with LRT stations.
The development of this area consists of 12 apartment towers with facilities such as shopping mall, shop, office tower, plaza / landscape, family leisure park, pedestrian, bicycle track, culinary street, and green connectivity at level 2 with width 3 m along 1.3 km which connects between buildings.
Apartments for sale, namely the type of studio offered worth Rp360 million, one bedroom Rp560 million, two bedrooms Rp890 million while the shop price is offered worth 3 billion per unit.
To have a unit in this apartment, the company provides convenience with a 0 percent down payment, because the company has paid the advance.
"Royal Sentul Park is intended for middle-class urbanites with an income of about Rp15 million per month," he said.
