Mitsubishi Fuso Closes Roadshow With Scholarship Grant of Rp 330 Million

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB) as the official distributor of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Corporation (MFTBC) closed the series of roadshow campaign "Contribution to the Country, One Million Hopes of Hope" at the headquarters of KTB Pulo Mas, East Jakarta.

The roadshow which took place during the period of November 2017 to February 2018 is a form of appreciation to loyal consumers of Mitsubishi Fuso and also truck drivers.

The roadshow was closed with the delivery of educational scholarships for 11 selected truck drivers from the city of Roadshow, and also handed a Stage Truck unit to Iwan Fals as Mitsubishi Fuso brand ambassador.

In providing scholarships, KTB also involves community participation by raising the #FusoContribution campaign. Every 1 tagged post on social media will be converted to Rp 10,000, which is collected as a scholarship for truck driver's son.

Following #FusoKontribusi scholarship education, we hope this social movement can really be felt by truck boys and girls in the future in our efforts to participate in the intellectual life of the nation, "said Director of Sales & Marketing KTB, Duljatmono, in Jakarta, Monday (12/2/2018).

The total scholarship awarded by Mitsubishi Fuso to 11 truck drivers amounted to Rp 330,000,000, in which the Indonesian people contributed by contributing 12,578 tags #FusoContribution worth Rp 125,780,000.

As a marker of the end of a series of One Million Hopes Roadshows, KTB also handed over the Colt Diesel FE 74 Long Truck That Iwan Fals used in the roadshow to 10 cities: Denpasar, Semarang, Cirebon, Serang, Lampung, Surabaya, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Padang and Medan. After the Roadshow ended, KTB entrusted this stage truck to accompany Iwan Fals on his musical journey.
