2018, Target DMAS Sales Down to Rp1, 25 Trillion

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. (DMAS) set a target of marketing sales throughout 2018 reached Rp1, 25 trillion. This target is lower than the company's marketing sales reached Rp1, 4 trillion in 2017, which comes from industrial segment, residential, commercial, and land sales to JV projects.
Tondy Suwanto, Director of Puradelta Lestari, said the target is not much different compared to the achievement of marketing sales in 2017 outside of the sale of land to JV project (joint venture).
"In more detail, industrial land sales reached Rp1.02 trillion, commercial Rp160 billion, residential sales of Rp16 billion, while the sale of land to JV project to PT Panahome Deltamas Indonesia was recorded at Rp213 billion," he said in Jakarta on Thursday (15 / 2/2018).
In terms of extent, he continued, DMAS managed to sell industrial land of 59.1 hectares, in accordance with the target set by the company for sales in 2017.
