Hino Motor Sales Indonesia Sales Exceeds Target in 2017

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia (HMSI) closed the year 2017 with a glorious achievement, where the total sales can pass the target set.

In early 2017 HMSI set a target of 28,000 units, and the results achieved at the closing of sales until December 2017, Hino successfully remove the target 30007 units for all categories of trucks or managed to increase sales to 35% when compared with 2016.

From information received by INDUSTRY.co.id, Friday (23/2/2018), Hino New Generation Ranger has the largest share in Hino sales by contributing 55% to total sales of Hino in 2017.

This medium duty truck has sold 16,768 units and dominated the market with 60% market share which has become the market leader for the last 18 years.

Hiroo Kayanoki, President Director of HMSI, said the success of HMSI reached the target, indicating that Hino is increasingly trusted by the community as a reliable and powerful truck in all segments of Business.

"We always provide best fit product for all business and become Hino as one stop solution for business fleet needs" said Kayanoki.

Hino New Generation Ranger FM 260 JD became the best-selling model in the year 2017. Recorded Dump truck 6x4 was successfully sold as many as 5992 units and contribute 35% on sales of Hino in medium duty truck.

Sales for FM 260 JD are underpinned by mining and construction businesses. Where the two segments of this business does require a tough and powerful truck haul heavy load and New Generation Ranger FM 260 JD is king, because it has been proven in this truck field is trusted and has been a market leader for 18 years.
