While in the second there is Surabaya, in a month there are about 2566 people targeting the apartment there, the average price of apartments in Surabaya Rp 14 million per square meter. In third there is Central Jakarta with a total search 2,194, the average price of apartments there is Rp 22 million per square meter.

According to Mart Polman, Managing Director of Lamudi Indonesia, one of the reasons many apartment seekers are targeting apartments in South Jakarta because there are many offices, shopping centers and entertainment centers.

Especially for the expatriates, they prefer to live in the area of ​​South Jakarta because there are many international schools with good accessibility, said Polman.

Seeing the potential that exists, so no wonder the current area of ​​South Jakarta is now filled with a variety of apartments by targeting classes that are indeed targeting upper middle class, such as Permata Hijau Suites located. in Kebayoran Lama area is sold starting from Rp 1 billion, then there is also Solterra Place located in Pejaten Barat, the apartment is sold starting from Rp 1 billion.

In the Ragunan area there is also a Foresque Residence apartment sold for Rp 1 billion, then in the West Pejaten area there is a Grand Madison yand sold for Rp 2.7 billion.
