INDUSTRY.co.id -Jakarta - Living in an apartment can be an alternative for urban people, especially those living in densely populated and prone areas. This residence offers comfort that is not inferior to a private home, but with an average price more affordable.
During October 2017, the Lamudi.co.id property portal conducted a survey of the city's most sought-after search cities, the survey was conducted to visitors of Lamudi.
Based on the data, it turns out that South Jakarta is still the favorite city of the apartment finder, from the survey mentioned there are about 4,592 people who intend to buy property in South Jakarta in a month, the average price of apartment units there is around Rp 31 million per square meter.
While in the second there is Surabaya, in a month there are about 2566 people targeting the apartment there, the average price of apartments in Surabaya Rp 14 million per square meter. In third there is Central Jakarta with a total search 2,194, the average price of apartments there is Rp 22 million per square meter.
While fourth North Jakarta, there are 1,803 people targeting the apartment, the average price of an apartment there is Rp 16 million per square meter and on the five place there Bandung with a total search 1,657 people the average price of an apartment there Rp 15 million per square meter.
According to Mart Polman, Managing Director of Lamudi Indonesia, one of the reasons many apartment seekers are targeting apartments in South Jakarta because there are many offices, shopping centers and entertainment centers.
Especially for the expatriates, they prefer to live in the area of South Jakarta because there are many international schools with good accessibility, said Polman.
Seeing the potential that exists, so no wonder the current area of South Jakarta is now filled with a variety of apartments by targeting classes that are indeed targeting upper middle class, such as Permata Hijau Suites located. in Kebayoran Lama area is sold starting from Rp 1 billion, then there is also Solterra Place located in Pejaten Barat, the apartment is sold starting from Rp 1 billion.
In the Ragunan area there is also a Foresque Residence apartment sold for Rp 1 billion, then in the West Pejaten area there is a Grand Madison yand sold for Rp 2.7 billion.
