Prioritize EBT Mix, RUED Targeted To be Completed June 2018

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - New Renewable Energy Development (EBT) in each region continues to be the main emphasis in the preparation of the Provincial General Energy Plan (RUED) of the Province which was completed in June 2018. In order to accelerate the process, the Central Government has conducted guidance in the preparation of RUED-Province (RUED-P). As a result, all provinces have conducted data collection and modeling of RUED. "We are very pleased with the outcome of this trial because all the provinces are very supportive with the settlement of the RUED," said Pudji Untoro as a member of DEN.

Pudji details that there are 22 provinces that have completed the preparation of the program matrix and 12 provinces are in the process of completion. For the drafting of the RUED narrative, 6 provinces have completed and 28 provinces are in the preparation stage.

At the draft stage of the draft regional regulation (Raperda), DEN mentioned the provinces of Bengkulu, North Kalimantan and East Nusa Tenggara are in the preparation. Meanwhile, three other provinces, such as Central Java, DKI Jakarta and West Nusa Tenggara have completed the drafting of Raperda draft.

The existence of RUED-P will be the main guideline for Local Government in energy management in the region in the future. "In this RUED contains targets or targets achieved by the region in ensuring sufficiency or energy security in the future," explained DEN Secretary General Saleh Abdurrahman.

The principal content of the contents with reference to KEN and RUEN become the point of press in the preparation of RUED preparation.
