PTPN IX Supports De Tjolomadoe As a Tourist Destination and Cultural Center

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - President Director of PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) IX, Iryanto Hutagaol asserted that the revitalization of PG Colomadu which is now named De Tjolomadoe is valid under the applicable law.

In the process, De Tjolomadoe revitalization is in accordance with the rules underlying the ownership and certification process of Right to Build (HGB) with the holder of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX (Persero).

The Company did not alter that PG Colomadu's assets were originally owned by Mangkunegaran, but with the nationalization of the plantation company at the beginning of independence it was submitted to the government as contained in the Document on the Delivery of Power over the Company in Mangkoenegaran State Property to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia dated July 15, 1946 based on Government Regulation No. 3 and 4 of 1946.

"All is valid. In the process it is in accordance with the rules underlying ownership including Building Use Rights. We also continue to maintain friendship and good relationships with the Mangkunegara family," he said.

While related to the HGB Certificate, the ownership of PTPN IX on the Colomadu asset has been officially in line with the issuance of HGB Certificate in 2014. The ownership is also corroborated with documents in accordance with Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration. Especially for the HGB 399 certificate ever sued at the level of PTUN has been won by the Parties BPN and PTPN IX and has a permanent legal force (in kracht).

The process of the certification application was first made by PTPN IX in 2002 but had encountered obstacles because Mangkunegaran proposed blocking of Colomadu assets so that, prior to the issuance of the HGB certificate, the land is a state land as a consequence of the transfer of Mangkunegaran assets to the government and subsequently managed by PTPN IX.

Application for submission of HGB Colomadu certificate is done in Land Office of Karanganyar Regency through PPAT Notary services Edi Sutiyana SH., M.Hum and subsequently issued HGB Certificate for PG Colomadu with PTPN IX rights holder, this certificate includes emplacement of PG Colomadu and outside emplacement.

The land certification covers a total area of ​​197,403 M², consisting of 9 (nine) certificates with holders of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX (Persero), this certificate covers the emplacement of PG Colomadu. Some of the matters used as the basis for the filing of a certificate are Government Regulation Number 3 Year 1946, Government Regulation Number 4 Year 1946, Submission of Power over the Company in Mangkoenegaran State Property to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia dated July 15, 1946, Letter of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number: S - 249 / MK.05 / 2001 dated 30 April 2001 regarding Sugarcane Plant Colomadu and Tasikmadu Sugar Factory and Company Assets.

Iryanto added that PTPN IX as an extension of the government, together with four other State-Owned Enterprises namely PT PP (Persero) Tbk, PT PP Property Tbk, PT Prambanan Temple Tourism Park, Borobudur and Ratu Boko (Persero) and PT Jasa Marga Properti is currently focusing on developing De Tjolomadoe as a new heritage tourist destination in Surakarta and Central Java to function as a cultural center, Concert Hall as well as a commercial area for food / beverages and handicrafts.
