Waskita Karya Distributes Dividend of Book Year 2017 Total Value Rp 776 Billion

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The shareholders of PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT) in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) approved the dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2017 totaling Rp776.342 billion. The dividend distribution shall be no later than one month after the AGM.
"The total dividend distributed amounts to about 20% of the company's net income attributable to the parent entity which amounts to Rp3,882 trillion in 2017," said Haris Gunawan, Finance Director of WSKT, in a press conference after the AGM, here on Friday 06/04/2018 evening).
Haris said WSKT management also set aside funds amounting to Rp443, 944 million from the company's 2017 net income as mandatory reserves. The remaining Rp2.661 trillion is recorded as retained earnings.
The shareholders of the AGMS also approved the use of the proceeds from the Limited Public Offering (BUT) and the proceeds of the bonds issuance. From the implementation of LPR, the Company obtained Rp5.29 trillions. Around Rp37.32 billion of the proceeds are used to finance the public offering. The remainder is used to finance toll road development projects and a 500 kilovolt (kV) power transmission transmission project in Sumatra.
Meanwhile, the proceeds from PUB II Stage I bonds amounting to Rp2 trillion were used to finance the public offering of Rp5.09 billion and the remainder used for working capital and investment in PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR) in the form of capital payments.
The proceeds from the issuance of PUB II Stage II bonds amounting to Rp900 billion were used to finance the public offering of Rp1.58 billion and the rest will be used to finance working capital and investment and financing toll road projects.
The proceeds from the issuance of the PUB II Stage III bonds amounting to Rp1.65 trillion were used to finance the public offering of Rp 2 billion and the rest will be used to finance the company's working capital.
PUB III bonds issuance amounting to Rp 3 trillion is used to finance the public offering of Rp6.2 billion. 80% of the remainder is used as a working mode, 16% of which is to finance investment and toll road project financing and 4% for realty investment and project financing.
The shareholders of the AGMS also approved the change of the Company's management structure. The main thing in the change of the organizational structure is the replacement of the President Director of the old official M. Choliq to the new official I Gusti Ngurah Putra.
