INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Minister of Education and Culture (Education) Muhadjir Effendy said assigning weights to the national exam-based computer (UNBK) mathematics courses especially for upper secondary school level (SMA) is different from the assessment usually equal.
"It is to be mapped through the UN, among others aspects the highest difficulty level that can be achieved by students. But it's also a different administration," said Muhadjir in Jakarta, Saturday (14/04/2018).
Mendikbud acknowledged that the problem of UN in this year is more difficult because it wants to be mapped through the UN among others is the aspect of the highest difficulty level that can be achieved by students.
"I'm just disappointed, if many students say it's easy, not learning really can do it," he said.
Provision of different weights is similar to the Joint Selection assessment system of State Universities (SBMPTN) which began diberlaukan this year, which is based on the difficulty level of the questions.
"It's like that, but it's a technical matter, an evacuation expert and a more educational measurement," he said.
Earlier, Education Minister Muhadjir Effendy said it started this year began enforcing a matter that requires high power of reason or "high order thinking skills" or HOTS.
Mendikbud targets substantively improving the quality of the UN by including the HOTS.
Meanwhile, Director of Global Sevilla, Robertus Budi Setiyono as reported by Antara said it accommodates complaints of students who follow the UN.
"The children complained about problems that were not in line with the grid delivered especially for the subjects of physics, chemistry and mathematics," said Budi.
According to Budi, it makes students feel surprised because although the UN did not specify the value of graduation, but still a consideration for entering college level.
Nevertheless, Budi said that students should learn anything not just based on the exam grille.
"Students must learn everything not only the grid because the essence of learning is learning is not a test," added Budi.
Budi assessed overall the implementation of the UN for high school level is relatively better than the previous year, especially for the implementation of UNBK.
