The Composite Stock Price Index is Now Perched at Position 6.326

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) at 10.00 JATS time observed in position 6.326, up 0.1% or 6 points in the first session of trading Thursday (19/04/2018) is compared to the position at the end of trading yesterday at position 6.320.

A total of 179 stocks rose in price, 120 stocks fell, 130 stagnant shares and 192 shares have not been traded. JCI is moving in the range of 6,319-6,332. This morning, IHSG opened up 1 point to 6321 position or relatively flat compared to yesterday.

Total trading value across all BEI market segments reached Rp2.05 trillion. It consists of trading value in the Regular Market of Rp1.64 trillion and in Negotiated Market worth Rp414.79 billion.

Total trading volume was recorded at 32.45 million lots of shares, resulting from 135,766 times transactions. Foreign investors booked a net purchase of Rp5.69 billion with a net purchase volume of 195,390 shares lots.

Four of the nine sectoral indices rose. The index of basic industry sector experienced the highest increase, which was 0.8% or 6.31 points to 792 position. Then followed by index of multifarious industry and mining index which each rose 0.75% and 0.63% respectively. (Abraham Sihombing)
