"The main reason to accelerate the integration of gas business and the acceleration of refinery development," said Dahlan analyze in Pekanbaru, Monday (4/23/2018)

Recognized Dahlan indeed Pertamina need to pursue the target that has been installed by the government before the implementation of Euro 4 program in Indonesia September 2018.

He said that with the new deployment and human resources that now led by Nicke Widyawati, strengthened by five other directors namely Director Mega Project, Processing Director, Asset Director, and another Director of Corporate Marketing then four reliable refineries can support the acceleration of Euro 4 progress can be pursued in time.

"It is expected that with the new Director, the refinery will gradually transform its production, so the new refinery will support the production of the old refinery," Dahlan told the media crew.

According to him, Cilacap Refinery, Balongan, Dumai and Balikpapan should be revitalized immediately. In addition a new refinery should also have its progress, such as those in Tuban with Rosneft, and that in Bontang with a consortium of Oman.

"Moreover, Pertamina has been given fiscal incentives by the government for the ease of the project so that this becomes the urgency of all parties to immediately complete the construction of the refineries," he added.

Admittedly, the performance of the old director Elia Massa Manik also considered many parties do not seem to be in tune with the Minister of SOEs.

"Proven in the preparation of nomenclature directors are also not given space," he concluded.
