Political Year, AKR Land Development Optimistic Property Growth in Manado Still Positive

INDUSTRY.co.id - Manado - AKR Land Development as the developer of Grand Kawanua International City, is optimistic that property growth in Manado City will still be positive in the political year.

"The national property market in 2018 is expected to be more positive, attractive and prospective to continue the trend that has been formed throughout the year 2017," said National Head of Marketing Communication PT AKR Land Development Ronald Siagian in Manado, Monday (30/4/2018).

Although the economic turmoil is predicted to be quite large, especially entering the political year, but the property business will still grow. "This political year can not affect people's interest in North Sulawesi in buying property," he said.

One area, he said, with good economic and tourism growth is Manado. Bank Indonesia (BI) estimates North Sulawesi's economic growth will be in the range of 6.2 percent - 6.6 percent (yoy), up from 2017 at 6.2 percent - 6.4 percent (yoy).

AKR Land Development as the developer of Grand Kawanua International City is preparing to launch the cluster of the second stage of Cluster Beryl, after successfully listing the achievements in the first stage cluster sales, Cluster Amethyst has sold more than 300 units in November 2017.
