INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta -PT. The Haven Bintan held a cooperation contract with two major contractors from Indonesia and China. For The Haven Lagoi Bay Bintan Resort development on Bintan Island (Riau Archipelago).

The total cooperation contract is worth SGD 288 million (IDR 2.88 trillion) to PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk ('TOTAL') Indonesia and China Yunnan Construction Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. ("YCIH'China).

 "On this day officially, TOTAL and YCIH are appointed as main contractors to cooperate in the construction of The Haven Lagoi Bay Bintan project. They plan to build six condominium suites, with 5,000-star hotel facilities, consisting of 250 rooms and a 3,000-capacity Convention Center area, all located in the main area of ​​The Haven Group's Lagoi Bay Bintan, in four stages of development, "The Haven CEO Bintan Mr. Peter Chan, in his press conference in Jakarta, Monday (7/5/2018)

The first phase of development, will consist of two towers and a magnificent club house with complete facilities planned for completion in the first quarter of 2021. As for the construction of the next phase until the completion is expected to be completed in 2026.

"Overall development value of this project until 2026, estimated to reach more than SGD 1.4 billion," he explained

Located in Bintan's most exotic and exclusive area, The Haven Lagoi Bay Bintan is scheduled to become one of the region's most unique resorts. This will be the only development of skyrise on Bintan island and is designed to be an integrated resort built with family dwelling concepts as well as vacationing with world class facilities.

Meanwhile, CEO of TOTAL Ms. Janti Komadjaja said TOTAL has now completed many property projects in Bintan, and sees the development in this area for hotel and resort occupancy is growing and very promising. "A pride for TOTAL was given the opportunity to build The Haven Lagoi Bay Bintan with YCIH," she said

The Haven Lagoi Bay Bintan by Director YCII-I, Mr. Meng Chunliu, is the first project for YCIH in Indonesia. "We are very proud to get this golden opportunity with TOTAL to build Iconic project in Bintan Island, Riau-Indonesia archipelago," she explained.
