Varites Hybrid Corn Seed Resistant Launched

Jagung Ilustrasi - Jakarta - American hybrid corn seed producer PT DuPont Indonesia launched a commercial hybrid corn-based hybrid seeds called "P 36 Bekisar".

The launch of new hybrid corn varieties from DuPont is conducted in Surabaya, East Java, as it is reported that many incidents of bulai diseases occur in East Java as the largest national corn production base that supplies 6.18 million tons, said Marketing Manager of PT DuPont Indonesia Yuana Leksana in a press release received in Jakarta, Sunday (20/05/2018)

Meanwhile, Research & Development Manager of PT DuPont Indonesia A. Roviek Kurniawan said P 36 Bekisar varieties were created not only genetically plant able to withstand the attack of the fungus Peronosclesrospora maydis but also still displaying high production.

"The discovery of this P36 variety is phenomenal, and we feel there is a luck factor that the plants we studied for 4-5 years are not only tolerant of mastic but can be harvested at the age of 90 days and still capable of producing abundant harvests Corn Segmentation of Maize Seeds hybrid P 36 is intended for middle and upper market, "he said.
