Ministry of ESDM Becomes Premium Customer of PT PLN 123th

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - To maintain the stability of electric power and avoid the occurrence of power outages, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) increase customer class from regular to Premium.

With the increase of this customer class the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources will get a wide range of premium service facilities, such as a higher level of reliability than Regular Customers and a discount on account bills when experiencing monthly outages.

Head of General Bureau of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Endang Sutisna, said that so far, PT PLN service in Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Building has been good. By becoming this premium customer, PLN is expected to provide better service.

"All this has been going well, even though we have generators ourselves, but we will do our best, we decided to turn to premium customers to improve the sense of security and comfort especially from the dead light.I've been feeling that PLN's support for our activities, official activities in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources is very good, "said Endang, in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Wednesday (5/23/2018).

Since May 1, 2018, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has become a premium customer of PLN Distribution Jakarta Raya (PLN Disjaya) to-123. The ESDM Ministry is also entitled to a reliable supply of electricity with 997,000 VA of electricity.

General Manager of PLN Jakarta Raya Distribution, M. Ikhsan Asaad said that premium service is PLN's effort to maintain reliability and serve electricity in the capital city.

"This premium priority service can reduce anxiety and concerns from power outages, with the supply from two sources (substations), the risk of power outages is very minimal," said Asaad.
