House Price Increase in Manado Reaches 18%

Mart also said that the rampant factor of infrastructure development is also key to the development of property business in Manado. According to him, nowadays in Manado, there are many transportation facilities such as Manado-Bitung toll road, Manado-Bitung railway, Bitung port revitalization and expansion of Sam Ratulangi international airport.
Seeing the opportunities that exist, so no wonder many large developers who build a variety of property projects in Manado. Examples such as Citra Land Manado which sells a house unit at a price of Rp 750 million then there is also PT Wika Realty who builds Tamansari Metropolitan Residence on Jalan Ring Road II, Mapanget, Manado. One house unit there sold for Rp 900 million.
Then there is PT AKR Land Development building Kawanua Emerald City, which is a township area of A.A Maramis Street, Kairagi Dua, Mapanget, Manado. One unit of the house there sold starting from Rp 500 million.
