INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - As a form of appreciation for the commitment to support non-cash transactions, Bank DKI received The 1st Trendsetter e-Money award and ranked II E-banking BPD category at Infobank Banking Service Excellence Awards 2018. Bank DKI also received a second ranking award in the Telephone category and rank V in the Best Overal Performance category.
This was conveyed by Director of Technology & Operations of Bank DKI, Priagung Suprapto in his written statement in Jakarta, (05/06).
Director of Technology & Operations, Priagung Suprapto stated, the Trendsetter award is given to Bank DKI as a form of appreciation for Bank DKI's initiative as the first card-based electronic money issuer in Indonesia. In addition, Bank DKI also encourages the implementation of non-cash transactions through e-money server based products namely JakOne Mobile for JakCard.
Priagung further explained that currently JakCard can be used as payment transaction in Transjakarta, Ragunan Wildlife Park, National Monument, Museum of Fine Arts & Ceramics and Alfamart. JakCard is also used as identity card for Civil Government of DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, residents of DKI Jakarta Provincial Flats, Jakarta Smart Cards and Elderly Cards Jakarta. Most recently, JakCard can now be used as a payment for the Soekarno-Hatta Airport train ticket.
"To respond to the public demand for fast and modern financial transactions, Bank DKI is making innovations towards digital banking through e-Money server based products such as JakOne Mobile. JakOne Mobile itself is a financial services application that consists of mobile banking and mobile wallet that can be used to transact daily needs ", said Priagung.
Bank DKI continues to develop feature on JakOne Mobile by adding BPJS biller of Health, Land and Building Tax and Digitalization of Motor Vehicle Tax payment at Samsat Polda Metro Jaya. On that matter, on March 26, 2018, Bank DKI managed to get MURI record on Digital STNK Service category with Payment System through First QR in Indonesia.
In the government sector, Bank DKI has also supported the implementation of non-cash transactions in the Jakarta Provincial Government through the Jakarta One system such as e-Retribution, e-Samsat in cooperation with Polda Metro Jaya, e-Ticketing, e-Parking and others . The Jakarta One System also supports the management of food subsidies and transportation subsidies. In addition, the implementation of non-cash transactions in Jakarta Capital City has been supported by Cash Management System that has been used by all SKPD and UKPD in DKI Jakarta.
The implementation of the non-cash transactions also covers the education sector in DKI Jakarta, where Bank DKI participates in developing the Education Operational Accountability Information System for School Operational Assistance (BOS BOP) based on the CMS of Bank DKI named CMS - SIAP BOS BOP.
Increase Customer Service In the event of Satisfaction Loyalty Engagement Awards 2018 dated May 17, 2018, Bank DKI also managed to get 8 awards including the 1st rank for Experience Index and Satisfaction Index, 2nd for Category Satisfaction Index Physical category, and ATM and rank 3 categories Satisfaction Index for the security guard category, customer service, teller and Net Promoter Scope (which indicates the level of customer willingness to recommend Bank DKI is quite high.)

He further stated that this achievement is a pride as well as a challenge for Bank DKI to be able to maintain and even improve service quality in the future.
