Bintraco Dharma Established CARS WORLD Digital Indonesia

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Industri dan Perdagangan Bintraco Dharma Tbk (CARS) on June 6, 2018 and has established a subsidiary named PT CARS WORLD Digital Indonesia based in South Tangerang with authorized capital of Rp20 billion.

"The establishment of the subsidiary is conducted with the subsidiary company, PT New Ratna Motor. It aims to strengthen the company's business network in the automotive sector, "said Benny Redjo Setyono, Corporate Secretary of CARS in the information disclosure BEI, Thursday (21/06/2018).

Benny said, PT CARS WORLD Digital Indonesia in the future will combine all CARS business with various business of other subsidiaries into an integrated system.

"In the establishment of PT CARS WORLD Digital Indonesia, the paid up capital and placed in full amounting to Rp10 billion or equivalent to 1,000 units of shares worth Rp10 million per unit," Benny added.

The composition of CARS shares in PT CARS WORLD Digital Indonesia reached 999 units of shares or 99.9% which is equivalent to Rp9.99 billion. Meanwhile, PT New Ratna Motor holds 1 unit of shares (0.1%) whose value is equivalent to Rp10 million. (Abraham Sihombing)
