Zahid Bashir Visits PPRO, Surabaya Property Market Indicated Keeps Attracting

INDUSTRY.co.id - Surabaya - PT PP Property Tbk (PPRO), a subsidiary of PT Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk (PTPP), a leading property developer, visited Zahid Bashir, Managing Director of Budget Petroleum Dubai, UAE, with Nanang, CEO of PT Arvada Investama, 3 Tower Apartments owned by PPRO in Surabaya, namely Grand Shamaya, Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon and Grand Sungkono Lagoon.

The three apartments are located in Surabaya spread over 3 points of the city, namely Surabaya Center, East Surabaya and West Surabaya. As the second largest city in Indonesia, Surabaya's growth continues to increase every year.

It can be seen from the development of Surabaya city infrastructure that is now no less than Jakarta. In the last decade, Surabaya has been transformed into a city that experienced rapid economic growth and infrastructure development.

BPS data show that Surabaya's economic growth is 6.0% and higher than the national average of only 5.1%.

The development of infrastructure facilities and infrastructure is also continuously pursued by the Surabaya City Government, such as the construction of inter-city toll roads, completing the construction of frontage road as well as the planning of MRT (Mass Rapid Transit).

The construction of Surabaya facility becomes trade route and transit area or meeting place of capital owners to invest their capital in Surabaya. Looking at the current market conditions proves that the Property market in Surabaya remains attractive to investors.

Taufik Hidayat, President Director of PPRO, said the purchase of the three apartment towers is evidence of market confidence in PPRO's innovative products.

With the purchase worth Rp21, trillion, PPRO management is optimistic to achieve the 2018 performance target, said Taufik Hidayat, in Surabaya, Friday (05/07/2018).

Taufik is grateful to the Surabaya City Government who has given the smoothness of the licensing process so that the apartment is now ready to start construction.

Surabaya City Government under the leadership of Mrs. Rismaharini also has created a conducive atmosphere so that investors are still interested to invest in Surabaya, Taufik said. (Abraham Sihombing)
