PBNU Moves People With Alms Through NU Coins

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The Big Executive Board of Nahdlatul Ulama (PBNU) mobilizes public awareness to charity through the NU Infant Box (Coins).
To socialize the movement, PBNU conducted a National Nation Kiri Nation that has traveled 1,200 km through 49 cities over four months from Banten to Banyuwangi.
"The socio-economic impact looks good and God willing we will continue to the next stages," said Chairman of PBNU Muhammad Sulton Fatoni at the closing of the first stage stage at Pondok Pesantren Manbaul Falah, Singojuruh, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java, Saturday (7/7/2018 ) quoted from the press release.
According Sulton, Kirab Koin NU has a positive impact to grow people's passion to diligent charity, berinfak collectively, and generate awareness to the fellow.
"People find sharing patterns for others through NU Coins program which is simple practice," said Sulton.
According to him, the towns through which the Nine Kiri Kirab has implemented the NU Coins movement, which resulted in establishing hospitals, purchasing tens of ambulances, helping the poor, scholarships for almost dropping out of school, economic empowerment and health funding.
"The spirit of this community needs to be maintained so that it can help the Government to accelerate the process of community promotion, especially in the field of economy, education and health," he said.
National NU Coin Nation run by NU Care-LAZISNU will then travel from Bali to West Nusa Tenggara.
